Gymnastics at Vikentia

More than sport.
An investment for life.

Artistic and rhythmic gymnastics build strength, coordination and confidence through progressive coaching.

By initially “playing” with gymnastics apparatus, young athletes develop physical, cognitive and social skills. Our goal is the correct and progressive mastery of foundational exercises—through methodical guidance and sound physical and psychological preparation, we work towards the desired result.

Small groups support meaningful feedback. Professional apparatus and a specially designed training environment give each gymnast room to learn foundations, develop technique and take pride in progress.
